Reduce the severity and duration of migraines.

A woman is sitting on a couch with her head in her hands.

Red light therapy is a safe, natural way to reduce the frequency and severity of migraines effectively. For example, in one study, participants who received red light therapy reported a significant reduction in the number of migraines they experienced and a reduction in the severity of their migraines.

To treat migraine, a certified laser therapist uses a LED laser device to emit specific wavelengths of light in a concentrated beam into your forehead. The treatment is administered in a series of sessions, with each session lasting between 10 and 30 minutes. It is generally considered to be a safe and non-invasive treatment option for migraines.
