GENTLE CHAIR YOGA FOR WELLNESS AND AGING
Perfect for anyone striving to reduce the effects of aging. Enjoy a safe, light-hearted practice that is modified for each individual to increase balance, flexibility, range of motion and strength! Poses have been known to assist with balance, flexibility and range of motion in support of reducing risk of injury. In addition, an emotional practice in support of building confidence and inner peace.
COST: $10 per class
SCHEDULE: SUNDAYS FROM 1:30pm-2:30pm

Meet our yoga instructor
Jenny Higgin's lifelong passion is serving her greater community and one of the ways that she values that blessing is though teaching and sharing the practice of yoga with others.
Through the years she has enjoyed helping individuals find ways to care for their mind, body and spirit. In her classes each of those aspects to health and happiness are explored and cultivated. You will find connection with others and yourself!
