A Protocol for Flu Season

Flu vaccine effectiveness can vary depending on many different variables. Aside from never leaving your house, what else can be done to lower your chances of getting the flu?


1. Wash your hands! According to the CDC, studies show that hand washing can prevent 1 in 3 stomach/bowel illnesses and 1 in 5 respiratory infections, including the flu! Always wash your hands before you eat, and if you have a cold, wash them after you sneeze and blow your nose.
